OK, so it's almost the New Year (again - how did that happen so quickly ??) and time to make all those resolutions which I know I won't manage to keep beyond the first week of January ! Well, this year I have signed up to the 'Change One Thing' thingy on the Boots website - who knows, it might even help, the BBC Challenge the Nation thing did three years ago !!

So, possible resolutions would be:

  1. Lose weight
  2. get fitter for orienteering (especially as I change age class this year)
  3. drink less alcohol
  4. eat more healthily
  5. go to the gym more

All the usual resolutions, of course !! I'll keep you up to date on my progress, or lack of !
