Another Friday and another Circuits class at the gym ! This week there were 7 of us, so numbers are on the rise ! Again Tom made us work - each station was 1 minute, unless you were on a cv one (treadmill or air stepper to start with), which was two minutes.

Inbetween we had various stations of weights, abs, leg work etc. Tom changed things around a bit every now and then after the first circuit too !

I felt better this week again and feel I worked quite hard.
