It's been a long time, but I've finally sat down to blog again.....

Lots has happened - loads of orienteering, we both injured our left ankles orienteering (me at the British O Champs in Feb09), then not a lot of orienteering at all, Mike proposed in Barbados, we planned the wedding, Mike's sister had a baby boy, I lost my Dad, we got married three weeks later, been on honeymoon, where I had chickenpox and now am just back into running, gym & orienteering again.

Plus I changed jobs for a secondment, returned to my old job (which hadn't changed much at all) and carried on as Chairman of the Orienteering Club, although I have less than a year to go (three year term).

I also was a silver medallist at the British Night O Champs : ) and have run some 10k races and am thinking of entering a draw at work for a plcae in the 2010 Virgin London Marathon........ watch this space
